Professor Sascha Ferz is currently Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Queensland Law School in Brisbane. He is working on the one hand on issues related to intra-court conflict resolution proceeding that follows the principles of a mediative conciliation process and, on the other hand, on the legal protection and implementation of mediation outcomes, particularly in cross-border conflicts in a civil context. From a European perspective, the development of the Singapore Convention on Mediation, which Australia has already signed, is of great interest.
