Events

"Mediation Aktiv" is a series of events organized by the "ADR & Mediation@Uni Graz" research team at the University of Graz. In 2014 the events revolved around the topic of „children's welfare.“
The subject of this year’s six events, as well as those of 2016, is „Work&Economy&Language“. The events will cover work related issues that may arise between colleagues or employers and employees. The aim will be to uncover the root of the problem and find potential solutions. Research team members will lead presentations and/or workgroups, establishing a forum for debate.
Actors involved in the business/labour market are welcome to participate by giving their impressions and sharing their knowledge. An expert panel (www.jusportal.at) will also be available to discuss past events, as well as to give ideas for future ones.
At the end of 2015 and 2016 we will issue a journal summarising the results of the event and some reflections. The „Vielfalt – Wer hilft Familien?“ journal, concerning children’s welfare, was published at the beginning of 2014.
